Hi food lovers, and thanks for visiting my blog. I Recently moved to Olon Ecuador from Miami Florida after living 27 years in Florida. I am the happiest I’ve been in years this is my own paradise on earth. 

I will be writing this blog to let you see my journey   of what living abroad in a small coastal town in Ecuador is like, while being able to enjoy awesome food. You will be able to experience through my blog how I cook  some great recipes using local produce and seafood cooking from my little piece of heaven.   

I love food and traveling the world learning about food culture and learning new recipes where ever I go.   Ever since I was a little girl I have loved being in the Kitchen watching my parents cook or my grandmother and learning and tasting food.  I have had this immense passion for cooking most of my adult life.

I thought to myself. Why not share this with the rest of the world and let you experience through me all the great food their is out there, while also showcasing some really awesome local restaurants in my area of the world. 

So here you will be able to find loads of easy to make recipes, while enjoying what Ecuador has to offer.
